Ever year at Le Pichet and Cafe Presse, we look forward to participating in Dining Out for Life to support the work of the Lifelong AIDS Alliance here in Seattle. This year, Dining our for Life takes place on Thursday, April 28, 2011. You should make plans now to eat out at your favorite participating restaurant that day.
If you are not familiar with Dining Out for Life, the basic story is this: On April 28th, all participating restaurants will be donating 30% of their revenue to the Lifelong AIDS Alliance (click here to find out about the work that they do). People who are in the know make a point of eating at participating restaurants to be a part of the event and support the cause. And the support in the past has been so fantastic that is is often difficult to get a reservation if you don’t call in advance. We need you to dine out for life in 2011 to keep the support going.
So, to sum up, its a great cause, all the best restaurants in town take part and the people that come out to dine are the sort of fun and interesting folks who know how to use their dining $$s to help out with an important cause. Why wouldn’t you want to be part of this event?
So come to Le Pichet or come to Cafe Presse or just come to any restaurant that is part of this event. At Le Pichet and Cafe Presse, we will be donating 30% of the entire day’s revenue, but some restaurants participate for specific hours only. Check out the Dining Out for Life website for more information and specific hours.
